This lovely wedding took place at The Summerlin House on November 11, 2011.

A delicate Egg Roll Wrapper, filled with a blend of Asian Vegetables, and then lightly fried. Served with Ponzu & Sweet Chili Sauces.

Bourbon Chicken Bites
Tender Chicken Bites on a wooden skewer with sweet Bourbon Glaze

Twice Baked Potato Bites
Tender Twice-Baked New Potatoes fully loaded with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Scallions, Bacon Bits, and then topped with a dollop of sour cream.

Julius Caesar Salad
Traditional Caesar Salad with Romaine Greens, Homemade Croutons, and Parmesan Cheese, served with Bit City’s Signature Caesar Dressing.

Baked Chicken
Seasoned whole Chicken, roasted to perfection with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Served with Au jus.

Cheese Ravioli

Fresh Cheese Raviolis layered with our award-winning Napolitano Sauce of Plum Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil, Peppers, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Finished with a topping of Mozzarella & Asiago Cheeses.
