Striploin of Beef Carving Station
Tender Striploin of Beef marinated in a house blend of seasoning overnight then slow-roasted and served with our Chef’s Whipped Horseradish Dill Cream, a Homemade Balsamic Mayonnaise, and Sliced Silver Dollar Rolls.


Served with:
Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes

& Grilled & Roasted Vegetables
Squash, Zucchini, Carrots, Red & Green Peppers, and other Seasonal Vegetables marinated, then grilled and roasted. Served hot with a Vinaigrette Verde Dipping Sauce.




Caribbean Chicken Sauté

Tender Breast of Chicken Medallions marinated then sautéed to order with your choice of Specialty Sauces including Mango Beurre Blanc, Jamaican Jerk Rum Sauce, and Coconut Curry. Each plate served atop a bed of Caribbean Rice and with an optional side of Fried Sweet Plantains.

The Wedge of Lettuce Salad Station
Fresh-cut Quarter Wedges of Iceberg Lettuce dressed with Your Choice of Toppings including Cran-Raisins (Dried Cranberries), Mandarin Oranges, Diced Tomatoes, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and Chopped Candied Nuts. Served with your choice of dressings including Hot Bacon, Ranch, and Balsamic Italian.
