Garlic and Cilantro marinated Skirt Steak skewered and served with a Chimichurri Vinaigrette

Miniature Maryland Crab cakes
Crabmeat lightly mixed with Celery, Onions, Peppers, and seasoned to perfection. Pan-fried and served with a swirl of Caper Remoulade on top of the crab cakes

Fresh Fruit Kabobs served with a Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Champignons Big City
Big City Stuffed Mushrooms with Our Signature Filling consisting of Roasted Garlic & Shallots, Artichoke Bottoms, Mushrooms, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Cream Cheese. This delicious filling is stuffed in a Buttered Mushroom Cap then topped with an Aged Parmesan Cheese and baked ’til perfect

Twice Baked New Potato Bites
Tender Twice-Baked New Potatoes fully loaded with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Scallions, Bacon Bits, and Topped with a Dollop of Sour Cream

Pear and Cheese Bruschetta
Fresh Diced Pear mixed with Lemon Juice, Cracked Black Pepper, Bleu Cheese and Toasted Walnuts. Served atop bread rounds.

Food Stations

Caribbean Pork Loin Carving Station
Tender Pork Loin marinated in Mojo, Garlic, Orange Juice, and other Spices then fire-roasted until fork tender and served with a Jamaican Rum Sauce on the side.

Pasta Station with Spinach Mushroom Fusilli
Fusilli Pasta, Fresh Spinach, Sundried Tomato, Artichokes, Scallions, Mushrooms, Dill, Capers and White Wine Cream Sauce with a hint of Vodka served with Garlic Bread sticks
