We asked our friends at Orlando Harley-Davidson to answer some frequently asked questions to give you a better look at planning an event at this venue.

What is your maximum capacity?
For a full sit down inside is 300. 1,200 when utilizing inside and outside areas.

What’s included in your basic rental package?
Use of the venue, message on the reader board, use of the outdoor furniture, and service and dyno tours

What kind of add-on items does your venue offer that are not in the basic rental price?
Motorcycle ride package (guests are taken on a 10 minute passenger ride off property), engine revving welcome, motorcycle escort from hotel or other location, custom co branded signage/wall banners, custom co branded general merchandise

When can vendors come in to set up and deliver items?
We are very flexible keeping in mind that we are working dealership that operates 7 days a week until 7pm. We make decisions on a case to case basis.

Is there a space for the bride and groom to change and/or relax?
We turn our rider education classroom into a staging area/green room.

Who will be supervising and troubleshooting the day of the wedding?
Melissa Sanderson – Events Coordinator

Are there limitations on decorations?
We take this on a case to case basis. We do not allow any helium balloons inside and no open flamed decorations.

Are any other events or weddings booked for the day of the event?
No

Is there a coordinator available from the venue to help or do clients have to hire one separately ?
No Melissa Sanderson handles everything from initial walk-through to contracting to vendor coordination and execution of the event.

Do clients need to use any specific vendors?
We do have preferred vendors which we strongly suggest using because we can assure that things will be done according to contract. Outside vendors are allowed to come in from time to time as long as the client understands that the relationship is between the client and outside vendor not Orlando Harley-Davidson.

When can clients do a rehearsal?
We have never had this request but again we are flexible keeping in mind our hours of operation.

What will they do if it rains (if you’re having an outdoor ceremony)?
Typically when an event is planned outside depending on the time of the year we always suggest a tent. There will always be a plan b to move things inside.

What information do you think clients often overlook in the contract?
The contract is very self explanatory and all information is there for the client to see.
