Outside vendors are allowed to come in from time to time as long as the client understands that the relationship is between the client and outside vendor not Orlando Harley-Davidson.

When can clients do a rehearsal?
We have never had this request but again we are flexible keeping in mind our hours of operation.

Typically when an event is planned outside depending on the time of the year we always suggest a tent. There will always be a plan b to move things inside.

The contract is very self explanatory and all information is there for the client to see.
