This couple exchanged vows at the Lake Mary Events Center on December 2, 2011. It was a beautiful day for Brandi and Sean and all of their guests. Today we are reliving it a little bit by sharing their Wedding Day Menu!
Big City Dip
Our Signature Dip consisting of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Bottoms, Roasted Garlic, Shallots, Mushrooms, and Cream Cheese. Served with an Assortment of Crackers for dunking.
Classic Wedge Salad
Quarter Wedges of Iceberg Lettuce dressed with your choice of toppings: Chopped Tomatoes, Bacon Bits, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, and Chopped Sugared Pecans. Served with Maytag Bleu Cheese.

Tender breast of Chicken marinated in Lemon, Olive Oil, and Garlic sautéed and dusted with Parmesan Cheese. Served with Lemon Caper Sauce.
Seasoned Sliced Roast Sirloin topped with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce.
Marinated & Grilled Vegetables layered with Pasta Sheets, Ricotta, & Mozzarella Cheeses. Baked ‘til bubbly and topped with Our Signature Sauce.
