What is your maximum capacity?
For wedding receptions inside the ballroom we can accommodate up to 300 guests with dancing and up to 400 guests without dancing. We can accommodate up to 150 guests for indoor ceremonies and our outdoor covered ceremony area can accommodate up to 800 guests.
What’s included in your basic rental package?
Our Ballroom rental rate includes: The Ballroom, Foyer area, nine consecutive hours, the Bridal Suite, tables and chairs set per your specifications, all tables necessary for buffets, gifts, placecards, DJ, and Bars as well as an On-site Representative.
What kind of add-on items does your venue offer that are not in the basic rental price?
We offer beautiful linens and centerpieces at discounted rates.
When can vendors come in to set up and deliver items?
Vendors can arrive three hours prior to guest entrance time.
Is there a space for the bride and groom to change and/or relax?
We do include a Bridal Suite in our package with enough room for the bridal party to change and relax. There is a private restroom in our suite.
Who will be supervising and troubleshooting the day of the wedding?
We always have an On-Site Representative from the time the first vendors arrive until the end of the evening after everything is cleaned up.
Are there limitations on decorations?
We do not have limitations on décor, obviously we just don’t want any damage to the walls.
Are any other events or weddings booked for the day of the event?
We typically do not have any other events booked the day of the wedding.
Is there a coordinator available from the venue to help or do clients have to hire one separately?
We have an on-site representative available to assist clients with anything related to our building (ex. Add tables and chairs, adjust A/C, assist caterer with kitchen questions). We can recommend day-of-event coordinators or the client choose their own.
Do clients need to use any specific vendors?
No, clients are permitted to bring in their own vendors. We would be happy to assist clients that need direction in finding professional wedding vendors.
When can clients do a rehearsal?
Rehearsals depend upon the events schedule. Typically the rehearsal is the day/evening before the wedding.
What will they do if it rains (if you’re having an outdoor ceremony)?
Our outdoor ceremony location is completely covered. If the client chooses, they can move the ceremony inside.
What information do you think clients often overlook in the contract?
Clients are pretty savvy these days and we have no hidden fees at our venue. Clients sometimes overlook payment due dates.
