Gallego & Patrick Wedding- October 20, 2012
Andrea and Michael tied the knot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon lakeside at the Lake Mary Events Center. The theme was glamorous girly chic, and the colors included shades of white, black, and silver.
The bridal party and guests enjoyed a select signature plated dinner presented by Big City Catering.
The Newlyweds were welcomed with a Fire Water Toast for the adults, and Milk and Cookies for the kids.
Hors D’oeuvres
 
Miniature Martini Display
-Peruvian Ceviche: Fresh Corvina and Shrimp marinated in Tomato, Lime, Cilantro, and Garlic.
-Shrimp Cocktail: Fresh Gulf Shrimp, Homemade Cocktail Sauce and Crcme Fraiche.
Butler Passed Hors D’oeuvres
-Fig and Chèvre Pairing: Herbed Goat Cheese and Fig Preserves in Puff Pastry topped with White and Black Sesame Seeds then Drizzled with Honey.
-Champignons Big City: Stuffed Mushrooms with our signature filling consisting of Roasted Garlic and Shallots, Artichoke Bottoms, Mushrooms, Sun Dried Tomatoes, and Cream Cheese. This delicious Filling is stuffed in a Buttered Mushroom Cap then topped with an Aged Parmesan Cheese and baked ’til perfect.
-Tequila-Lime Pulled Pork: Tequila marinated Pork shredded and served on Crisp Fried Plantains topped with Mango Chipotle Salsa.

-Harvest Salad: Mixed Wild Greens, Dried Cranberries, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, and Toasted Walnuts, served with a Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing.
Signature Plated Dinner Choices
 
– Filet Mignon Meal: Center Cut Filet of Tenderloin grilled to a perfect medium-rare, topped with Béarnaise. Served with Herb Risotto and Steamed Vegetables, wrapped Batonnet style.
– Herb Breast of Chicken: Tender Roasted Chicken Breast stuffed with Herb Cheese and topped with a Lemon Beurre Blanc. Served with Herb Risotto and Steamed Vegetables, wrapped Batonnet style.
-Citrus Grilled Fish Meal: Filet of Mahi-Mahi grilled to perfection then finished with a Citrus Beurre Blanc. Served with Herb Risotto and Steamed Vegetables, wrapped Batonnet style.
-Children’s Entrees included Savory Chicken Nuggets served with Macaroni and Cheese.
Dessert
 
-Dessert Shooters: An assortment of individual desert shooters elegantly displayed for the guests and bridal party to enjoy. Desserts included: Tiramisu, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Tres Leche.
