Tis the Season for Pumpkin!

Starbucks started fall early this year with it’s earliest release ever of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. ‘Tis the season for falling leaves, cooler temperatures, warmer clothes, or, if you live in Florida, pictures on your friends Instagram’s of all of the above.  
What we can all enjoy about starting fall a little bit early, however, is the pumpkin. This season, instead of just treating yourself to a PSL or slice of Pumpkin Pie, here are a few ways to incorporate your favorite fall treat in a healthy and simple way!
