National Chip & Dip Day

How appropriate for this little holiday to fall on a Friday? Chips & Dips are some of our favorite things to snack and we are sure we are not alone on this one! Isn’t it fun to relax on Friday nights with delicious appetizers? Today we are sharing a Spinach and Artichoke Dip recipe that you will definitely want to get your hands on. Feel free to dip and munch away tonight!


Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip


Ingredients


1 Cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Can (about 14 oz) of Artichoke Hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 Box (9 oz) of Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
½ Cup of Chopped Red Bell Pepper
¼ Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl mix Mayonnaise and Parmesan Cheese. Stir in Artichokes, Spinach, and Bell Peppers.
2. Spoon Mixture into 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheese.
3. Cover & Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Simple & delicious. Serve with chips, crackers, and whatever else your heart desires!
