Muniz-Fabianac Wedding Menu!

Today, August 18th, is the Muniz-Fabianac Wedding at the Cypress Grove Estate House! We can’t wait to be there and help them celebrate this wonderful occasion! Here’s their menu!

Signature Dinner Buffet Menu:

Hors d’oeuvres-
Hong Kong Spring Rolls – A Delicate Egg Roll Wrapper filled with a blend of Asian vegetables then lightly friend and served with a Mango Chili sauce.

Spinach Artichoke Bites – Big City’s famous spinach artichoke dip consisting of artichoke hearts subtly blended with spinach, parmigiano-reggiano, cream cheese, and served in a buttery phyllo cup.

Salad:
Julius Caesar Salad – Romaine greens, homemade croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese served with Big City’s homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Entrees:
Pernil – Pork with some fat left on it, crispy skin as garnish, extra garlic for seasoning and garlic sauce on the side.

Seabass sauteed in white wine with shallots, garlic and basil.

Sides:
Steamed seasonal vegetables and garlic smashed potatoes.
