Last night was the Hurst wedding! If you’re wondering what they ate, here’s the menu!

Hors D’oeuvres:
Fruit de Mer
-Fresh Seasfood diced and sautéed in Sherry and Heavy Cream displayed in a Pastry Cup topped with Gruyere Cheese and baked ‘till perfect.
Chic Mac and Cheese
-Creamy Macaroni and Cheese with a Panko Crust served in a crisp Phyllo.
Signature Dinner Buffet Menu:

Julius Caser Salad
-Traditional Caesar Salad with Romaine Greens, Homemade Croutons and Parmesan Cheese served with Big City’s homemade Caesar Dressing.
Side Dishes:
Green Beans Amandine
Garlic Smashed Potatoes
-Captain Morgan Beef
Braised Beef Medallions served with a sweet and spicy Captain Morgan Sauce.
-Medallions of Pork
Tender, Roasted Loin of Pork sliced and finished with a Cherry Port demi-glace.
Children Menu:
-Savory Chicken Nuggets served with Macaroni and Cheese, Apples, and Grapes.
