Scallops wrapped with crispy Bacon and drizzled with Balsamic Glaze.

Rich and Creamy Traditional Mashed Potatoes uniquely served with toppings including: Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and Chives.
Grilled & Roasted Vegetable Display
Lemon Parmesan Chicken
Tender Breast of Chicken marinated in Olive Oil, Lemon, and Garlic sautéed and dusted with Parmesan Cheese. Served with a Lemon Caper Sauce.
Captain Morgan Beef
Braised Beef Medallions served with a sweet & spicy Captain Morgan Sauce.
A mouth-watering display of Big City’s Sour Cream Poundcake, Grand Mariner Whipped Cream, Fresh Seasonal Fruits, and Marshmallows with chafers of rich Chocolate Ganache, & Buttery Warm Banana Nut Carmel.
